woman should not expect to buy red stiletto heels and then be an expert
at walking in them. There are a few things she can do before she goes
out in these shoes. For example:
• Calf exercises – Exercises can be done to strengthen
your calves and ankles. One popular exercise is done by holding onto
a stair railing and balancing on your toes on the edge of the stairs.
Periodically lift the toes and then lower them. This will help make
your legs and feet strong enough to walk in red stiletto heels.
• Stand – In your home, put on your red stiletto heels
and just stand around for a while. If you are uncomfortable in these
heels, there is a good chance you might wobble a bit. Standing in
